Return & Exchange Policy
We guarantee the quality of our products 100%, but in the case that you want to return the products, we'll be happy to do it free of charge. Here are the rules for returns:
- Returns or Exchange requests must be submitted not more than 7 days after receiving the items.
- Returned Products must be in original packaging.
- Products/Services that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded include the following:
- Inflated Balloons
- Printing and personalization services
- Clown services and other party planning services
- Natural Flowers
- A Returns and Exchange request must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, where you write the following:
- The invoice number of your purchase
- The products you would like to return or exchange (name or item code)
- Contact number so we can call you if needed.
- In case of exchange, you must tell us the item number of the products you would like to exchange for the returned product.
- We will process your request within 2 business days.
- You can also return the items through one of our branches needing only to submit a printed receipt or invoice and the product you would like to return or exchange. Otherwise, we will contact you to arrange sending back the returned item to our warehouse.
- In case of returns, you will be refunded through the same method you used during payment. So, if you paid by credit card, you will be paid back through your credit card provider. If you paid COD, we will transfer you back the amount through a wire transfer or in cash through our delivery drivers when they pick up the returns. If you paid in-store, you can get refunded in store.
